Welcome to the website of Anthologie Floristry Ltd. This page details our terms and conditions so please read it carefully.

Products

Certain products may be delivered by us in bud to ensure longer life.
 
Some products, flowers and plants may be harmful or poisonous. If you require further information before submitting an order, please contact us.
 
If you receive a product that is defective, please notify us within 24 hours.
 


Stock availability
___


All products are subject to availability. In the event that the variety ordered may be unavailable, we reserve the right to use a similar product as a substitute.
 
In the event that we are unable to supply the product or any substitute, we will notify you as soon as it is reasonably possible and shall reimburse any payment made for the product in full.
 


Orders / Payments

During order submission, you are required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.
 
We accept payment by STRIPE for all purchases via our website. Should you prefer to pay by bank transfer or cash, please get in touch to arrange.
 
Payment must be made in full before workshops commence or ordered products can be delivered or collected.
 
Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date.

Delivery

Fresh flowers - these can only be delivered within East Sussex. Delivery is £3.00 or free to collect.

 

Dried flower collections and vintage treasures - these can be posted nationwide in the UK for £4.95. Pampas delivery is £9.95.


Products on the Anthologie Floristry website are not available for same day delivery.
 
Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays, unless pre-arranged. Orders will be delivered on the next working day.
 
In the case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved such as hospitals, offices, Funeral Directors and other business premises, the signature of the person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of that organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
 
Anthologie Floristry is only responsible for delivery to the address you provide. We regret that where goods have been correctly delivered, we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved and the actual receiver refuses or fails to return the item(s).
 
In the event that there is no one available at the recipient address to accept the order, we will deliver to a neighbour or leave in a secure location where possible. Failing that, we will return with the item to our workshop and contact you. You will then be responsible for collecting the order from us or will be charged at 50p per mile for redelivery regardless of location.

Workshops

To secure a place on one of our workshops, the full fee must be paid at time of booking.
 
Should you need to cancel your booking, we are happy to offer a refund or transfer to another workshop up to 14 days before.
 
If cancellation is within 14 days, we are happy to offer a transfer to another workshop but cannot offer a refund.
 
If cancellation is within 48 hours of the workshop, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or transfer as materials will have already been purchased.
 
On the rare occasion we may need to cancel a workshop, we will endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible and you will have the option of a full refund or a transfer to an alternative course.
 
We will never cancel a workshop due to insufficient numbers.
 


General

We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions from time to time. We will post any changes on the site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the terms and conditions each time you access the website.
